a. E-clean (as above)

4. CTS Revamp (three days) $240.00 W/S
a. Physical clean inside and out
b. E-Clean
c. RAM upgrade (RAM cost extra)
d. Software Updates
e. Windows updates
f. Obsolete or harmful software removal
g. Driver updates

5. CTS XP RELOAD (three days) $280.00 W/S
a. Remove problems (viruses) using one of the following methods:
i. Remove drive and slave to another computer to remove viruses
ii. Go into Safe Mode and remove viruses
iii. Run AV software on the desktop
" This depends on the level of infection/damage to the machine.
b. Copy customer's files to a safe location once viruses have been removed.
c. Repair operating system
d. Set up license for computer with Microsoft
e. Check device manager, load any missing drivers.
f. Run service packs and other Windows updates.
g. Check all installed software still operational
h. Copy any lost customer files.
i. Set up networking

6. CTS XP REBUILD (four days) $320.00 W/S
a. Remove problems (viruses) using one of the following methods:
i. Remove drive and slave to another computer to remove viruses
ii. Go into Safe Mode and remove viruses
iii. Run AV software on the desktop

b. Copy customer's files to a safe location once viruses have been removed.
c. Reload XP image and organise Microsoft licensing
d. Locate drivers for motherboard
i. Chipset
ii. Video
iii. Audio
iv. LAN and WLAN
e. Download additional Windows updates
f. Install licensed software or free alternative
g. Copy customers files to hard drive
h. Set up networking

Callout fees:
Add $35.00 to each price for callout in the city,
$45.00 out of city but les than 30 K from city centre,
$55.00 if more than 30 K from city centre.
